Ordered a couple of weeks back for a family member, they have not reported any issues so far. Relatively lightweight considering the configuration. Build quality seems good. No bloatware. Had to install drivers from the manufacturer's website to get the double-sided printing option, everything else worked out of the box. Had a problem with Windows activation: the laptop came activated with Windows 11 Home instead of Windows 11 Pro (which is what I had ordered) - I contacted the Trading Shenzhen support using the 'Contact Us' link on the website - they resolved it promptly. No complaints.
Customers are required to inform themselves about the customs fees and customs regulations in their country. All prices on the website are exclusive of customs duties and import VAT of the respective recipient countries. As we only offer Global Priority as a shipping method since recently, the import costs are taken over by the logistics company in China. So there is no further cost for the customer. Our company is located in Hong Kong and therefore a third country without VAT. This shipping method usually takes 2 weeks, but it is the most cost effective method.
What does shipping in 3-5 Days mean?

How do I proceed when my device is broken?

If it is really a hardware fault, you can then make a warranty claim. You will receive further instructions from us.
In addition to the free shipping of your device to China and the free return, we also offer the possibility to use our repair partner in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or Poland for minor errors. This is much faster and completely free for you during the warranty period.
How long does a warranty or repair case take?
The duration of a repair depends on various factors, including the shipping time to China or the availability of spare parts in Germany with our repair partner.
Repair in Germany: This is possible if the spare parts are quickly available. Will I lose the warranty by flashing?

Other shops have the device with Multilanguage, why don’t you?
Many other shops use Custom ROMs and can also offer German and other languages on the devices. The problem with such ROMs is that you can no longer update and it can often happen that there are Trojans, Spam Ware or viruses on it. We avoid this by using only the official ROMs, even if that means that we can only offer a device with English / Chinese.
Many customers come to us and ask us if we can flash their devices, where we unfortunately have to reject. The Custom ROMs have been installed by detours and often prevent a normal update or flash.
Does the device have a manual?
Most Chinese manufacturers only provide a Chinese short guide, but even renowned manufacturers such as Motorola or Apple do not have complete instructions nowadays. It is generally assumed that you can explore the system yourself, With MIUI or emotion UI you can easily find your way, because both Android manual are quite self-explanatory.
What are dual SIM smartphones?
