1. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE & COST

Customers are obliged to inform themselves about customs duties and customs regulations in their country. All prices on the website do not include customs fees and import sales tax of the respective recipient countries.

Our company is located in Hong Kong, so we cannot create invoices with VAT. Please use the voucher in case of possible tax declarations, as you received from the customs office.

IMPORTANT! If you order with Global Priority delivery, there will be no import or duty fees. It takes around two weeks to arrive, but is the cheapest way of transportation. 

 

CUSTOMERS IN EUROPE

For customers in Europe, most countries do not charge fees for smartphones, tablets or smaller gadgets.
