1. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE & COSTS
Customers are required to inform themselves about the customs fees and customs regulations in their country. All prices on the website are exclusive of customs duties and import VAT of the respective recipient countries. As we only offer Global Priority as a shipping method since recently, the import costs are taken over by the logistics company in China. So there is no further cost for the customer. Our company is located in Hong Kong and therefore a third country without VAT. This shipping method usually takes 2 weeks, but it is the most cost effective method.
CUSTOMERS IN EUROPA
For customers in Europe, there is no customs duty on smartphones, tablets or smaller gadgets in most countries. However, customers in Europe are required to pay import sales tax that may be charged by the respective country on the ordered item. However, since we currently only offer Global Priority as a shipping method, these costs do not apply.
In some cases, a few days after the package arrives in your country, the status of the package on the shipping provider's site may still be "Clearance Delay" or "On Hold". This is not the rule. In this case, the package has been delayed by customs. But don't worry, please use our contact form and we will help to clarify.
CUSTOMERS OUTSITE OF EUROPE
