The HONOR MagicBook 16 (2026) is a notebook for people who want a big working area without carrying a heavy machine: a 16-inch 2.5K display in the tall 16:10 format with 180 Hz, a 92 Wh battery and a full keyboard with number pad, all in an aluminium body that weighs from about 1.69 kg. It is now available at TradingShenzhen.
This version pairs the Intel Core Ultra 5 336H with 32 GB of memory and a 1 TB SSD, which suits documents, study, video calls and everyday photo work. If you edit video or run many programs at once, the Ultra X7 358H version adds four cores and the faster Arc B390 graphics.
Both versions come with Windows 11 Home in the Chinese edition and are available in Starry Gray or Floating Gold.

The MagicBook 16 wraps its 16-inch display in a unibody made of aluminium alloy. The body measures 355.13 x 246.5 mm and is 16.9 to 19.9 mm thick (without rubber feet), and it weighs from about 1.69 kg, which is light for a 16-inch notebook with a metal body. The rounded aluminium edges and the narrow screen bezel give it a restrained look, in the office and in the lecture hall alike.
Two finishes are available. Starry Gray is a warm metallic grey. Floating Gold is a soft champagne tone. Both carry the HONOR logo on the lid.

The 16-inch panel resolves 2560 x 1600 pixels in a 16:10 format at 189 ppi. Compared with 16:9 that adds height: more lines of a document, more rows of a spreadsheet and more timeline in an editing program before you have to scroll. The refresh rate can be switched between 180 Hz and 60 Hz. At 180 Hz scrolling, window dragging and pointer movement look noticeably smoother, and Honor quotes a 3 ms grey-to-grey response time in its lab so that fast motion leaves less of a trail. 60 Hz saves power when you read.
The screen is matte and anti-glare, so windows and lamps reflect less in an office or a train. The panel reaches up to 500 nits of peak brightness, covers 100% sRGB, has a typical contrast of 1200:1 and, with 10-bit content, shows up to 1.07 billion colours. For long sessions the panel carries TÜV Rheinland certification for hardware low blue light and for flicker-free viewing, and an e-book mode softens the colour tone for reading in the evening.

12 cores with up to 4.6 GHz and 32 GB LPDDR5X.

Speeds up video playback, export and photo filters.

2560 x 1600, 16:10, 180 Hz, matte, 500 nits peak.

USB-C charging, full in about 67 minutes (switched off).
The Intel Core Ultra 5 336H belongs to the third Core Ultra generation and is built on Intel's 18A process. Its 12 cores reach a maximum turbo of 4.6 GHz. That is plenty of headroom for an office day with many windows, video calls and regular photo editing, and the third-generation design keeps everyday tasks efficient.
Graphics come from the integrated Intel graphics, so there is no separate graphics card to power. The integrated graphics accelerate video playback and export, filters in photo editors and light 3D work. If you want more graphics power, the Ultra X7 358H version offers the 12-core Arc B390.
The 32 GB of LPDDR5X memory runs at up to 8533 MT/s. RAM serves the programs you have open, while the 1 TB SSD holds projects, photos and installed software. Two M.2 2280 slots come standard, and Honor describes the storage as freely expandable.

A D12 heat pipe with a large diameter moves the heat from the processor to two fans, and cooling fins only 0.1 mm thin give the air a large surface to pick up heat in the slim body. Honor says the fans run as quietly as 17 dB in its lab for office work, video and chat, quiet enough for a library or a meeting.
With Fn+P, or in the Honor PC Manager, you switch between the intelligent mode for quiet everyday work and the high-performance mode, which needs mains power, when a task needs more speed.

The keyboard has full-size keys with a 1.6 mm travel and a separate number pad, which makes spreadsheets, accounting and data entry faster. Backlighting has three levels, and the scissor mechanism lowers the typing noise by 3 dB. The function row carries a calculator key and an AI search key.
The touchpad measures 123.2 x 79.2 mm and recognises five touch points, of which Windows 11 uses up to four for its swipe and zoom gestures. A fingerprint sensor sits inside the power button, so after setup you can switch on and sign in with Windows Hello in one step.

The 92 Wh battery (typical value) is a big pack for a notebook with a 180 Hz screen and a Core Ultra processor. In Honor's lab, at 25 °C with 200 or 250 nits brightness and the balanced power mode, a simulated everyday workload lasted 15.3 hours; the figures vary with the configuration.
Charging runs over USB-C. With the notebook switched off or hibernating, Honor quotes about 51% in 30 minutes from a 2% start and about 67 minutes to a full battery. The GaN charger with its braided cable also charges Honor phones and tablets, so one charger covers all three when you travel. In the other direction the notebook can fast-charge supported Honor phones itself with up to 80 W, like a large power bank.

The left edge carries HDMI 2.1, two full-function USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports and a 3.5 mm headset combo jack; the right edge holds two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports. The USB-C ports run at 10 Gbit/s and handle data, charging and video output, so a single cable can connect a monitor or a dock. HDMI drives a TV or projector directly at up to 4K and 60 Hz, and the USB-A ports take mice, keyboards and sticks without an adapter. There is no Thunderbolt port: the USB-C ports are meant for USB and DisplayPort devices.
Wireless connections cover Wi-Fi 802.11ax with 160 MHz channels in the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, plus Bluetooth 5.1.

A 1080p webcam and two microphones take care of video calls, and two speakers tuned with Nahimic audio software give music, films and meetings a wide, clear sound.
With Honor's Super Workbench and the Honor PC Manager, the notebook works together with compatible Honor phones and tablets: you can send files with Honor Share and use multi-screen, camera and keyboard-and-mouse collaboration between your devices.

Customers are obligated to inform themselves about customs fees and customs regulations in their country. All prices on the website exclude customs fees and import VAT of the respective recipient countries. Since we recently only offer Global Priority as a shipping method, the import costs are covered by the logistics company in China. Therefore, no additional costs arise for the customer. Our company headquarters is in Hong Kong, which is a third country without VAT. This shipping method usually takes 2 weeks but is the most cost-effective method.
Like many other China shops, we don't have a large warehouse as prices in China are often subject to fluctuations. "Ready to ship in 2-5 days" simply means that we have the device in stock or can procure it within a maximum of 5 days. After that, it will be packaged and shipped.
The shipping process varies and is only partially influenced by us or the buyer. In the best case between 5-10 days and in the worst case about 10-14 working days. Usually, the goods are ready to ship within 2-5 days and are then sent to your country. Delivery to your location takes about 10-14 days.
No, the European CE mark as we know it is not a (test) "seal" but an administrative mark that expresses the free movement of appropriately marked industrial products in the European internal market. If you want to sell the goods as a business owner, this mark is important for you. However, if you are a private individual, the CE mark is not important for you and should not hinder import.
We even guarantee that every device will arrive at your location, even if no CE mark is attached. Should this not be the case, we will refund you the full costs.
Yes, we take extra time and test all functions and hardware. This includes camera, GPS, sensor, display, and charging tests as well as an inspection for external defects. This way we guarantee that our customers only receive flawless devices. If you do not agree with these tests, please let us know when ordering. Please also note that under certain circumstances - but in very rare cases - pictures may remain on the device due to the tests.

First, stay calm. Contact us by email, preferably through the customer area in our shop. We will then go through the errors with you, as small software errors can often be easily resolved with an update. If it really is a hardware error, you can submit a warranty claim. You will then receive further instructions from us.
In addition to free shipping of your device to China and free return, we also offer the possibility to use our repair partner in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, or Poland for minor defects. This is much faster and completely free for you during the warranty period.
The duration of a repair depends on various factors, including the shipping time to China or the availability of spare parts in Germany at our repair partner.
Repair in Germany: This is quite quick if the spare parts are in stock. You submit a warranty or repair request, send the device to our repair partner, and it should be back with you within a week. For warranty cases, we cover the full costs; for repair orders outside the warranty, you save money through us at our repair partner.
Repair in China: If the defect cannot be repaired in Germany, the device must be sent to China. Don't worry, we cover shipping to China and back. During the warranty period, this is completely free for you; for repairs outside the warranty period, we charge a small fee. A repair in China usually takes between 3-6 weeks, but don't worry, you don't have to do without a smartphone completely. We offer every customer the possibility to receive a loan device for the duration of the repair. This service is also free of charge.
That depends on the update. If it's an official update, you're welcome to install it. If you don't know how to do this, you can contact us at any time. However, if you try to install a custom ROM or root the device (except for devices that are already rooted, such as Xiaomi devices), it's very possible that the manufacturer will refuse warranty. This must be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Many other shops use vendor ROMs and can thus offer German and other languages on the devices. The problem with such vendor ROMs is that you can no longer update and it can often happen that there are Trojans, spamware, or viruses on them. We avoid this by only using official ROMs, even if that sometimes means we can only offer a device with English / Chinese.
Many customers then approach us and ask if we can flash their devices, which we unfortunately have to decline. The vendor ROMs have been installed via workarounds and often prevent normal updating or flashing.
Most China manufacturers only include a Chinese quick guide, but even renowned manufacturers like Motorola or Apple nowadays dispense with complete manuals. It is generally assumed that you explore the system yourself. With MIUI or Emotion UI, you can find your way around very easily, as both Android overlays are quite self-explanatory.
Dual-SIM means that you can insert two SIM cards into one phone. You can use two SIM cards, even from different providers. This allows you to combine a cheap data plan with a cheap phone plan, for example, or use foreign cards if necessary.
All smartphones and tablets that offer mobile internet and calling work without problems in Germany & Co. We only offer devices that work without problems in European countries and the rest of the world. There are China Mobile versions, but we don't offer them.
This usually depends on the popularity and size of the manufacturer. Meizu or Xiaomi devices are more likely to receive updates than a completely new and small manufacturer. We make sure in our product selection that we only offer high-quality devices that are also regularly supplied with updates. Xiaomi devices often receive weekly updates and quickly adapt the latest Android version. Meizu, Huawei, OnePlus, Realme, Oppo, and Vivo also offer the latest updates very quickly.
These can then be installed OTA (Over The Air), or must be downloaded and then installed with the Updater app.
This varies greatly. We have set ourselves the goal of only offering high-quality devices. We want to avoid errors occurring over time that frustrate the customer. China technology has improved significantly in recent years and, as can be seen from the example of Xiaomi, is among the best you can currently get.
NO, definitely not with us. We pay close attention to the quality of the devices offered. We check every device for errors and install new and current official ROMs. We use the latest official Xiaomi ROMs or Xiaomi.eu ROMs. There are no Trojans, viruses, or other malware on them.
As also mentioned in the ComputerBild article about Trojans, we are named as one of the few trustworthy shops.
