A classic cross knob and shoulder buttons with a pleasant pressure point make older gamers' hearts beat faster. The entire design of the SF 30 Pro Controller is reminiscent of the controller of the world's most famous consoles of the 90s: the Super Nintendo! The four buttons on the right side, titled A, B, X and Y, as well as the start and select button are reminiscent of the fascinating gamepad from Nintendo. Although the design strongly reminds of the original SNES controllers of the 90s, the SN30 Pro is equipped with clever and modern features. These also make it possible to play retro games of the Dreamcast or the N64. The shoulder buttons have been extended and now offer four touch options. The rumble function, which has become indispensable in modern video games, has also been integrated by 8BitDo.

nicht zufrieden

Wir sind leider nicht zufrieden mit dem Kauf.

wir haben deutliche Probleme mit der Konsole und den 8BitDo SF30 Pro Controllern.

Ein Controller geht gar nicht über Bluetooth. Er lässt sich gar nicht verbinden.
Bei einem anderen Controller gehen die Tasten L2/R2 nicht. Auch neu konfigurieren geht nicht.
Nur 2 von 4 Controller funktionieren. 

Generell verändert die Konsole auch dauernd die Tasten auf den Controllern. Man konfiguriert sie richtig und alles funktioniert 1 x und beim nächsten Mal liegen die Tasten wieder woanders. Dann schießt man bspw. bei Mario Kart nicht mehr auf gelb, sondern auf dem Select Knopf. Oder man hüpft bei Mario auf dem Knopf nach links und links laufen geht auf R1 oder so. Startet man die Konsole neu, liegen die Knöpfe wieder woanders.

Extrem nervig ist auch, dass man keine Pause machen darf in den Spielen.
Wenn man eine Pause von ein paar Minuten macht, verlieren die Bluetooth Controller ihre Verbindung und man kann diese nicht neu im Spiel verbinden. Man muss die Konsole komplett neu starten, dass Spiel erneut starten und von vorne beginnen. Spielspaß ist echt sehr niedrig für Gelegenheitsspieler.

Die defekten Controller habe ich eben reklamiert und warte solange auf weitere Rezensionen.

Alles super was ich bei euch immer bestellt habe . habe die res 2 k mit Bluetooth controller jetzt bekommen. Console alles super. Bekomme nur den controller nicht zum aktiewieren . er findet ihm aber wenn ich auf ok drücke ist ferbindung fehlgeschlagen. Bin traurig. Bekomme es nicht hin

Ich nutze den Controller für mein großes Tablet für Rennspiele und bis jetzt konnte ich in jedem Rennspiel was ich Spiele damit steuern.

Sehr guter Controller

Ich hab mir diesen Controller als zweiten Controller für die RES2K gekauft, falls das Kabel des ersten Controllers nicht gereicht hätte. Die Analog Sticks sind echt Klasse und das Spielen macht richtig Spaß damit.

Defective Device on arrival, what’s next?

If the device is already defective, please contact us immediately. We test all devices for functionality, but in rare cases it can happen that the goods are damaged during transport. In this case, you will receive a new device free of charge and we will accept the shipping costs for the replacement and return delivery.

How do I proceed when my device is broken?

First, keep calm. Please contact us by e-mail, preferably the customer area in our shop. We will go through the errors, because, often, small software errors can be solved very easily with an update. If it is really a hardware fault, you can then make a warranty claim. You will receive further instructions from us.

In addition to the free shipping of your device to China and the free return, we also offer the possibility to use our repair partner in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or Poland for minor errors. This is much faster and completely free for you during the warranty period.

How long does a warranty or repair case take?

The duration of a repair depends on various factors, including the shipping time to China or the availability of spare parts in Germany with our repair partner.

Repair in Germany: This is possible if the spare parts are quickly available. Once you place a warranty or repair request, send the device to our repair partner and it should be back to you within a week. Usually, a repair in China takes 3-6 weeks, but don’t worry, you do not have to completely stay without a smartphone. Will I lose the warranty by flashing?

That depends on the update. If it is an official update, you can install it. If you do not know how to do this, you can contact us at any time. However, if you try to install a Custom ROM or root the device (except devices that are already rooted, such as Xiaomi devices), it is possible that the manufacturer denied the warranty, but wasn't the case till now. This must be decided on a case-by-case basis.



Other shops have the device with Multilanguage, why don’t you?

Many other shops use Custom ROMs and can also offer German and other languages on the devices. The problem with such ROMs is that you can no longer update and it can often happen that there are Trojans, Spam Ware or viruses on it. We avoid this by using only the official ROMs, even if that means that we can only offer a device with English / Chinese.

Many customers come to us and ask us if we can flash their devices, where we unfortunately have to reject. The Custom ROMs have been installed by detours and often prevent a normal update or flash.

Does the device have a manual?

Most Chinese manufacturers only provide a Chinese short guide, but even renowned manufacturers such as Motorola or Apple do not have complete instructions nowadays. It is generally assumed that you can explore the system yourself, With MIUI or emotion UI you can easily find your way, because both Android manual are quite self-explanatory.

What are dual SIM smartphones?

Do the smartphones work in Europe without problems?

How good is the quality of China Smartphones / Tablets / Gadgets?

Trojans or Spam Ware on Xiaomi devices?

We use the latest official Xiaomi ROMS or Xiaomi.eu ROMS. There are no Trojans, viruses or other malicious software on it.

Many other shops use Custom ROMs and can also offer German and other languages on the devices. The problem with such ROMs is that you can no longer update and it can often happen that there are Trojans, Spam Ware or viruses on it. We avoid this by using only the official ROMs, even if it means that we can only offer a device with English / Chinese.
