On this page we will explain the shipping methods, the shipping time and all necessary information for a smooth process of your purchase. Please note that the complete delivery time is composed of the processing time, the duration of the packaging and the actual shipping.

DELIVERY PERIOD

  • Processing time: this extends from the moment of payment to packaging. Since we carefully test every device and replace it at the manufacturer’s site in the event of any defects, this time it takes 1 to 7 working days. Individual accessories may also prolong the processing time as this must be ordered separately. Sundays and holidays are work-free days. During this time, your order will not be processed and the processing time will be extended by 1-2 working days. If the product is stocked and already tested, it will go directly to the packaging.
  • Duration of packaging: the product is stored and tested, it is packed within 1-2 working days and picked up by the shipping service provider.
  • Shipment time: the shipping time depends on the choice of the supplier. In case of express delivery by DHL, the shipment will be delivered to you within 2-5 working days.


SHIPPING PROVIDER

DHL Express from China or Hong Kong (also possible with customs insurance)

Costs: from 15€

Information:

This is the fastest and safest way to send your package. The shipping time is between 2 - 5 working days and varies depending on the destination. On the official website of DHL Express Hong Kong you will find an overview of the countries to be delivered. Please also pay attention to the general DHL transport conditions.

The shipping costs are usually around 15€, but vary depending on the size and weight of the package. For larger orders, please contact us for discounts and exact shipping charges.

Please note that no customs fees apply for smartphones and tablets in many countries, such as Germany. However, in addition to the shipping costs, VAT is generally charged (for example, 19% in Germany). This is calculated from the declaration value (purchase price + shipping costs) and is usually requested by the DHL Postman. VAT is not reimbursed by TradingShenzhen, but we will be glad to assist you with the correct and inexpensive calculation of the declaration value. In order to speed up customs clearance, you must provide your telephone number. DHL Express has recently raised a capital provision commission in Germany amounting to 2%, but min. 12.5 € (excluding VAT) on the processing of DHL Express shipments. This is the case if the package is not passed directly and therefore has to be cleared.

Remote Areas: These are specific zones in different countries such as Switzerland, Italy or India, which are not supplied by DHL. Special charges apply, which differ from one country to another. Please inform yourself before sending whether your city is located in such a "remote area". See Raslist.dhl.com for more information.

DHL Express through UK (no further costs)

Costs: from 30€

Information:

This is another alternative to DHL Express. The shipping time is between 9 - 15 working days and varies depending on the destination. The shipping costs are usually around 30€, but vary depending on the size and weight of the package. For larger orders, please contact us for discounts and exact shipping charges. The advantage of DHL Express through UK is that there are no further costs. Customs and import turnover tax are payed in advance from TradingShenzhen.

For larger orders, please contact us for discounts and exact shipping charges. The advantage of Global Priority is the easy handling without additional customs costs and import sales tax. Our tip! Most suitable for small orders of smartphones, tablets or gadgets (fast, reliable and cheap).

DELIVERY

  • You or a family member should be at home on the day of delivery in order to receive the goods. We do not accept any liability for the signatures of third parties!
  • In the event that you are not at home on the first delivery, the shipping company may still try to deliver the ordered goods one or two more times.
  • If the carrier sends the delivered goods back to the seller, since delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. The cost of a re-import to China can be up to 100 €. This does not apply if the customer exercises his right of revocation.

SHIPPING PACKAGING

The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as the port costs. The cost of transport can be kept low by combining several orders. Timely orders can be put together on request. The goods are shipped from the factory at your risk, but fragile goods will be carefully protected and treated. The shipping boxes are wide cut and your goods are packed well protected.



CUSTOMS INSURANCE

Our customs insurance facilitates the import of the goods and reimburses the applicable customs fees, as well as the import turnover tax excluding DHL capital provision of commission. Upon completion of the customs insurance, we ask the customer to report to us directly in the event of a customs conflict. We will help you with customs processing and provide further documents. Please wait for our reply. If our documents are not used, the customs insurance will be terminated and the custom costs as well will not be reimbursed. If you have any questions or if there are problems with customs, please contact us immediately (support@tradingshenzhen.com).

In only 4 easy steps you will be refunded the customs fees.

  1. Activate customs insurance (about 5-10% of the goods price) in the shipping method and pay the entire order.
  2. Consult with us in case of a customs event.
  3. Receive the package and pay the entire customs fee. Please keep the invoice.
  4. Complete our customs insurance reimbursement form and upload a photo or scanned PDF to the customs cost calculation.

We take care of everything else and as soon as the account has checked the invoice, you should be reimbursed within 14-28 working days. If the cost is not yet in your account after 28 business days, please contact us by e-mail (support@tradingshenzhen.com).



TRANSPORTS DAMAGES AND LOSS

TradingShenzhen carefully checks the goods before each shipment and packs them carefully and without breakage. We ask every customer to carefully inspect the package before accepting it and to report any damage directly to the external postman. If you find that the goods are damaged after unpacking, we ask you to contact us immediately. We will discuss the further course with you.

In the case of a DHL package, a damage must be recorded within 7 days. A description and the form can be found at http://www.dhl.de/de/paket/hilfe-kundenservice/schadensanzeige.html (for Germany). We would then send you an invoice for the actual value of the goods for DHL by e-mail.

Please indicate in the form that the package should be returned to us. As a rule, DHL will be reimbursed after a processing period. We do not assume any guarantee of the amount paid, should DHL not refund!

In an alternative transport provider the process differs at certain points and should be carried out in consultation with us.

If your package is lost with DHL Express, we will assume full responsibility and refund or make replacement. Before we make a refund or supply replacement goods, we will be entitled to submit an inquiry request. If this is not successful, you will receive a refund or a replacement delivery.

Should all delivery attempts to you be in vain, the package will be returned by mail. In this case, you are not entitled to a replacement, since we usually do not receive the devices back. If the device arrives with us again (duration up to 2 months), we will gladly send it to you again against reimbursement of the shipping costs.

The total weight of the package is transmitted to the customer with the dispatch mail. We ask each customer to check the total weight on receipt and should it differ strongly, it may be possible that products have been stolen from the package. In this case you should contact us and, if necessary, arrange a damage to the shipping company.

For added security, we recommend opening the package in the presence of the postman, or a second person. If necessary, you can also make a video of the opening of the package.



INCOTERMS

TradingShenzhen supplies the goods FCA (Free Carrier) in Shenzhen, China. The shipping service provider is liable for any damage to the product after delivery to the shipping service provider. In case of a damaged package, please contact us and the shipping service provider.
