The Chinese Vivo X500 Pro Max Creator Edition with OriginOS 7 combines the phone and its photography accessories: ZEISS G2 and G2 Ultra teleconverters at 200/400 mm equivalent focal lengths, a grip and a preview display are included. A Dimensity 9600 Pro, 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.1 storage, a 200 MP telephoto camera and a 6.85-inch LTPO AMOLED at up to 144 Hz form the foundation for photo and video work. Bluetooth 6, Wi-Fi 7, IP68/IP69 and an 8000 mAh battery with up to 90 W wired and 40 W wireless charging complete the setup.

Two ZEISS teleconverters, a camera grip and a separate preview display turn the Chinese Vivo X500 Pro Max Creator Edition into an extensive photo and video kit. It brings the smartphone and its matching accessories together for anyone who wants a closer view of distant subjects and more control over how they shoot.

White, Silver and Orange give the large circular camera module three different settings. A glass back and aluminium frame form the body. Without photography accessories attached, the phone measures 163.32 × 76.82 × 8.12 mm and weighs around 229 g.

2 nm chip, 16 GB LPDDR5X Ultra and 1 TB UFS 4.1 for your photo and video projects.

8000 mAh typical capacity, up to 90 W wired and 40 W wireless charging.

200 MP telephoto camera plus G2 and G2 Ultra teleconverters with 200/400 mm equivalent focal lengths.

2K resolution with 3168 × 1440 pixels and an adaptive 1–144 Hz refresh rate.
Photo sequences, video files and demanding apps benefit from the 2 nm MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro, 16 GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.1 storage. The eight-core chip with two particularly powerful cores is paired with the Mali-G2-Ultra-NX GPU, while Vivo’s V3+ and VS1 chips assist with image processing. The generous storage holds projects and apps; there is no microSD expansion.

Wide landscapes, portraits and distant details call for different focal lengths. The X500 Pro Max combines a 50 MP main camera with a Sony LYTIA L910 sensor, a 200 MP ZEISS APO telephoto with an 85 mm equivalent focal length and a 50 MP ultrawide.
The main camera provides optical stabilisation rated at CIPA 7.0. A 50 MP front camera with autofocus handles self-portraits and shots in front of the phone.

A stage performance or a detail in the distance can call for a tighter view than a regular smartphone shot. The two included ZEISS teleconverters address that: the G2 offers a 200 mm equivalent focal length, and the G2 Ultra reaches 400 mm. Both extend the phone’s telephoto camera.
The professional camera grip gives you a firmer hold and easier controls when shooting. Vivo’s separate preview display supports framing, selected camera features and the X500 series album view. Matching protective cases, adapter rings and tripod rings are also part of the kit, bringing the accessories together for use with the phone.

If you edit your footage, the X500 Pro Max offers several useful recording options: 4K at up to 120 fps in 10-bit Log, 10-bit 4:2:2 APV and recording to an external SSD. Video focus can track people and other subjects. Four microphones and different recording profiles cover audio capture.

A photo or video also needs a screen on which to check it. The 6.85-inch LTPO AMOLED displays 3168 × 1440 pixels and adjusts its refresh rate from 1 to 144 Hz according to the content. BOE Q11 light-emitting material, full P3 colour coverage and ZEISS colour processing complement the panel.
Vivo specifies up to 2000 nits of global peak brightness and up to 4400 nits at 20 per cent APL.

The battery offers an 8000 mAh typical capacity and 7800 mAh rated capacity, using Vivo’s Blue Ocean technology with fifth-generation silicon anodes. The phone supports up to 90 W wired and up to 40 W wireless charging; maximum wireless output requires a compatible Vivo or iQOO charger, which is not included in the Creator kit.

Dual nano-SIM, 5G and LTE including band 20 provide mobile connectivity. Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 support local and mobile workflows, with NFC and multi-system GNSS also included. The housing is rated IP68 and IP69 for dust and water resistance.

The Chinese version runs OriginOS 7 based on Android 17. Alongside the phone, the official Creator package includes both teleconverters, the camera grip and the preview display. Photography and magnetic cases, adapter and tripod rings, lens caps and a PGYTECH shoulder strap complete the photography accessories.
A charger, USB-C cable, standard case, pre-applied screen protector, SIM tool and quick-start guide are also listed. For the camera and lens bags, Vivo lists QR redemption cards.

If you want to sell the goods as a business owner, this mark is important for you. However, if you are a private individual, the CE mark is not important for you and should not hinder import.
We even guarantee that every device will arrive at your location, even if no CE mark is attached. Should this not be the case, we will refund you the full costs.

The duration of a repair depends on various factors, including the shipping time to China or the availability of spare parts in Germany at our repair partner.
Repair in Germany: This is quite quick if the spare parts are in stock. You submit a warranty or repair request, send the device to our repair partner, and it should be back with you within a week. For warranty cases, we cover the full costs; for repair orders outside the warranty, you save money through us at our repair partner.

During the warranty period, this is completely free for you; for repairs outside the warranty period, we charge a small fee. That depends on the update. If it's an official update, you're welcome to install it. If you don't know how to do this, you can contact us at any time. However, if you try to install a custom ROM or root the device (except for devices that are already rooted, such as Xiaomi devices), it's very possible that the manufacturer will refuse warranty. This must be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Many other shops use vendor ROMs and can thus offer German and other languages on the devices. The problem with such vendor ROMs is that you can no longer update and it can often happen that there are Trojans, spamware, or viruses on them. We avoid this by only using official ROMs, even if that sometimes means we can only offer a device with English / Chinese.
Many customers then approach us and ask if we can flash their devices, which we unfortunately have to decline. The vendor ROMs have been installed via workarounds and often prevent normal updating or flashing.
Most China manufacturers only include a Chinese quick guide, but even renowned manufacturers like Motorola or Apple nowadays dispense with complete manuals. It is generally assumed that you explore the system yourself. With MIUI or Emotion UI, you can find your way around very easily, as both Android overlays are quite self-explanatory.
Dual-SIM means that you can insert two SIM cards into one phone. You can use two SIM cards, even from different providers. This allows you to combine a cheap data plan with a cheap phone plan, for example, or use foreign cards if necessary.
All smartphones and tablets that offer mobile internet and calling work without problems in Germany & Co. We only offer devices that work without problems in European countries and the rest of the world. There are China Mobile versions, but we don't offer them.
This usually depends on the popularity and size of the manufacturer. Meizu or Xiaomi devices are more likely to receive updates than a completely new and small manufacturer. We make sure in our product selection that we only offer high-quality devices that are also regularly supplied with updates. Xiaomi devices often receive weekly updates and quickly adapt the latest Android version. Meizu, Huawei, OnePlus, Realme, Oppo, and Vivo also offer the latest updates very quickly.
These can then be installed OTA (Over The Air), or must be downloaded and then installed with the Updater app.
This varies greatly. We have set ourselves the goal of only offering high-quality devices. We want to avoid errors occurring over time that frustrate the customer. China technology has improved significantly in recent years and, as can be seen from the example of Xiaomi, is among the best you can currently get.
NO, definitely not with us. We pay close attention to the quality of the devices offered. We check every device for errors and install new and current official ROMs. We use the latest official Xiaomi ROMs or Xiaomi.eu ROMs. There are no Trojans, viruses, or other malware on them.
As also mentioned in the ComputerBild article about Trojans, we are named as one of the few trustworthy shops.
