Yes, we take extra time and check all devices (excluded are EU warehouse devices) for functions and also the hardware. This includes, for example, camera, GPS, sensor, display and charging tests, as well as an assessment of external defects.
If a new firmware is available for the device, we install it. In case of errors, an exchange will be made before shipment and a new device with full functionality will be sent to the customer. This way we guarantee that our customers only receive faultless devices.
If you do not agree with these tests, please let us know when ordering. In this case, we can send the device welded, but we do not give any guarantee. Please also note that under certain circumstances - but in the rarest cases - images may remain on the device due to the tests.

No, I'm afraid not anymore. In recent years we have had very bad experiences with customers who buy their equipment in other shops to save a few Euros. The problem is often that these shops do not offer service in case of a warranty claim and then customers come to us more often. For an extra charge we should then ship the device to China and have it repaired.
