1. RIGHT OF REVOCATION
1.1 Right of withdrawal
You can revoke the goods/contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins at the earliest with the receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please use our contact form so we can clarify the further process, shipping method and costs.
1.2 Important reasons for revocation
Reasons for a free revocation are:
- In case of serious deviations from the item description (excluding color deviations)
- When the wrong model is delivered
- If the device is not functional upon receipt
Reasons for a chargeable revocation are:
- Dislike
- No reason given
1.3 Consequences of the revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) shall be surrendered. If the Buyer cannot return the received performance in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, the Buyer must compensate TradingShenzhen for the loss in value. This shall not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection. Apart from that, the Customer can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a deterioration of the goods caused by the intended use by not using the goods as if they were his property and by refraining from doing anything that could impair their value.
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
We may refuse to refund you for goods that can be sent by parcel post until we have received those goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned those goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods that can be sent by parcel post to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods that can be shipped by parcel before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
1.4 Costs of the revocation
For reasons of the free right of withdrawal, we take over the complete shipping costs and processing.
For a withdrawal with costs, the buyer bears the return fee of approximately €40-80 (for shipping and handling of dangerous goods transports).
The reason for this is that we must first send the goods to our partner (free of charge for the customer) and then transport them to China. This is not permitted for customers in most countries, as the local postal service prohibits shipping to China with dangerous goods (battery).
