Everything ist fine with the product and the communication! I'm happy to try Trading Shenzhen.
Only one aspect I really was upset about:
When the tracking information showed that the smartphone had arrived in Germany, there was absolutely no further information regarding the expected date or time of delivery. The delivery service simply left the package right in front of our front door, in plain sight of anyone passing by! Had we not returned soon, it would have been left there completely unsecured. That is absolutely unacceptable (the package was marked ",Mile Delivery",). You really need to put a stop to this practice!

- Ordered Vivo X300 Pro blue, got it white. (not a big deal, since the color dont matter with case).
- The transport to Romania took 19 days (really tested my patience).
This 2 things made me give 4 stars. I would give 4.5 if I could.
+ Well packed package

++ The product works perfect and is flawless (CN version), All google related services working.

Excellent phone and excellent service. This is the first time I've encountered such a responsible approach. Usually, you have to wait a long time for a response from customer support on various websites, but in this case, the responses were timely and to the point. I have only positive emotions. I liked the phone itself, it's beautiful and fast. The sound from the speakers is slightly worse than the Magic 6 Pro, but the sound through headphones is better, which is important to me. Otherwise, don't forget that this is the Chinese version of the phone, and setting it up will require some effort and time. But in the end, you get an excellent compact phone. If it were sold in a global version, it would undoubtedly be a bestseller. Delivery wasn't particularly fast, the package spent about a week at customs, but everything went smoothly, and indeed, as promised, there were no customs fees. Overall, the phone gets a B+ because it's a Chinese version, the website gets a 5, and the customer support gets a 5+.
If I ever need something unusual, something that is not available in the EU, I will definitely use this online store.

Bought a Xiaomi 17 Pro here recently and a Xiaomi 15 Pro 6 months ago. Both work great, the delivery was hassle-free. If you want chinese electronics for a good price this is the place to buy them.

The delivery was fast, taking only 8 days, and everything arrived undamaged and fully working. It was a nice touch to find a European plug adapter included as a bonus. I'm really happy with the phone itself — all apps install fine, network connection is great, and every feature works perfectly. The only downside is the deformed screen protector (there’s a visible bend on it).

Delivery took 10 working days to get to Poland, phone is really really good and I see a difference in performacne even though I upgraded from base model Galaxy S25. Phone came with free case, screen protector and 120W charger. I can definitely recommend Trading Shenzhen :)

i ordered the phone and 11 days palater it came im very pleased with this order i know it might seem to positive but its really just great but i must point out that in some cases like mine with instagram sometimes i dont get push notifications but beside that the phone is great and even google pay works and everithing else is great too
