The ZTE Axon 40 Ultra was designed for all those who are bothered by a notch or punch hole and thus want an absolutely uninterrupted display. The front is completely dominated by the high-resolution panel due to the curved display on both sides and the narrow display edges on the upper and lower sides. On the other hand, a discreet ZTE logo and the triple camera array can be seen on the back. The casing measures 163.28 × 73.56 × 8.41 mm and weighs around 204 g including the technology ensemble.

Device is beautiful but to use that device it is pure frustration. MyOs need so much work that that is unbelievable it is like Tizen on Samsung S3 just terrible ?. Need to do 3 hard reset to sort some things out and still it was very bad so buy this device just if you have time to wait software to be fixed. Fingerprint sensor is worse then first generation of UD fingerprint scanner, rise to wake not working how it should, unlock animation is almost broken laggy like you have dual core processor. Camera get good picture (WHEN IT WORKS), screen is great but if you put on Auto switch hz it use 120hz just on desktop every app what you use put on 60hz. That phone have lag when you iven type messages 4 update i get in 2 weeks using that phone and still didn't fix those things. Back gesture have delay sometimes 1sec what is crazy for phone with that spec, this is my experience with this phone so i am never going back on ZTE.

In this case, you will receive a new device free of charge and we will accept the shipping costs for the replacement and return delivery.
How do I proceed when my device is broken?
First, keep calm. Please contact us by e-mail, preferably the customer area in our shop. We will go through the errors, because, often, small software errors can be solved very easily with an update. If it is really a hardware fault, you can then make a warranty claim. You will receive further instructions from us.
In addition to the free shipping of your device to China and the free return, we also offer the possibility to use our repair partner in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or Poland for minor errors. This is much faster and completely free for you during the warranty period.
How long does a warranty or repair case take?
The duration of a repair depends on various factors, including the shipping time to China or the availability of spare parts in Germany with our repair partner.
Repair in Germany: This is possible if the spare parts are quickly available. Once you place a warranty or repair request, send the device to our repair partner and it should be back to you within a week. In the case of a warranty, we will assume the full costs, in the case of a repair order outside the warranty, you will pay less to our repair partner.
Repair in China: Should the fault not be repairable in Germany, the device must be taken to China. Do not worry, we will take shipment to China and back again. In the warranty period the repair is completely free of charge for you, for repairs outside the warranty period, we’ll charge a small fee. Will I lose the warranty by flashing?

QUESTIONS ABOUT SOFTWARE / UPDATES / MISCELLANEOUS
Other shops have the device with Multilanguage, why don’t you?
Many other shops use Custom ROMs and can also offer German and other languages on the devices. The problem with such ROMs is that you can no longer update and it can often happen that there are Trojans, Spam Ware or viruses on it. We avoid this by using only the official ROMs, even if that means that we can only offer a device with English / Chinese.
Many customers come to us and ask us if we can flash their devices, where we unfortunately have to reject. The Custom ROMs have been installed by detours and often prevent a normal update or flash.
Does the device have a manual?
Most Chinese manufacturers only provide a Chinese short guide, but even renowned manufacturers such as Motorola or Apple do not have complete instructions nowadays. It is generally assumed that you can explore the system yourself, With MIUI or emotion UI you can easily find your way, because both Android manual are quite self-explanatory.
What are dual SIM smartphones?

Do the smartphones work in Europe without problems?
