Hatte noch nie ein Ladegerät mit aktiven Lüfter.
Mal schauen wie/ob ich es verwende.
Schaut sehr wertig aus, man kann das Smartphone halt nicht drauf legen da der Lüfter es zum kippen bringt.

Der Lader ist prinzipiell gut, wenn auch das erste Inbetriebnehmen etwas befremdlich war: Keine Markierung am Smartphone, kippelige Auflage wegen starrem Originalkabel des Smartphones. Aber dann hat alles gut und schnell geklappt. Die Lautstärke ist ok, fürs Schlafzimmer aber sicher zu laut. Kein Problem, weil das Laden wirklich schnell vonstatten geht. Wenn der Lüfter langsamer läuft, weiß man, daß der Akku voll ist. Eine Ladeschlußanzeige (z.B. grünes Licht) gibt es nicht, was ich ein bißchen schade finde. Denn es ist tatsächlich eine RGB-LED verbaut, was ich an dem roten Licht sehen durfte, das erschienen ist, als ich versucht habe, das Smartphone durch eine Lederhülle hindurch zu laden. Dieser Funktionsausfall ist der Grund für nur mittlere Bewertung. Wahrscheinlich hätte man das Laden bei niedrigerer Watt-Zahl durchaus ermöglichen können. So bleibt der Lader für mich leider ein nutzloses Teil. Schade, aber der Schutz des Smartphones mit der Lederhülle ist mir wichtiger.

The charger is very nice, charges fast, and is convenient to use. If I had to point something out, it would be that the fan can get annoying, but nothing major.
Customers are required to inform themselves about the customs fees and customs regulations in their country. All prices on the website are exclusive of customs duties and import VAT of the respective recipient countries. As we only offer Global Priority as a shipping method since recently, the import costs are taken over by the logistics company in China. So there is no further cost for the customer. Our company is located in Hong Kong and therefore a third country without VAT. This shipping method usually takes 2 weeks, but it is the most cost effective method.
What does shipping in 3-5 Days mean?
Like many other China Shops, we do not have a large stock, due to often price fluctuate in China. "Shipping in 3-5 days" means nothing else than to have the device in stock, or within a maximum of 5 days. It is then packaged and shipped.
How long does it take before the package gets to me?
The shipping process varies and is only conditionally influenced by us or the buyer. At best, between 5-10 days and in the worst case, about 10-14 working days. The rule is it is ready for shipping within 3-4 days and is send then to your counry. From the delivery to your location it takes around 10-14 days.
Is absence of CE mark a problem during import?
No, the European CE mark, as we know it, is not a "verification" seal, but an administrative symbol which expresses the freedom to market such marked industrial products in the European internal market. If you want to sell the goods as a trader, this sign is important to you. However, if you are a private individual, the CE mark is not important to you and should not hinder importation.
We even guarantee that every device from us comes, will arrive at your place.
Is the device checked before departure?
Yes, we take extra time and check all the features and the hardware. This includes camera, GPS, sensors, display, charging tests as well as an evaluation of external defects. If a new firmware is available for the device, we will install it. In the case of errors, an exchange will be carried out before shipment and a new functional device will be sent to the customer. In this case, you will receive a new device free of charge and we will accept the shipping costs for the replacement and return delivery.
How do I proceed when my device is broken?
First, keep calm. Please contact us by e-mail, preferably the customer area in our shop. We will go through the errors, because, often, small software errors can be solved very easily with an update. If it is really a hardware fault, you can then make a warranty claim. You will receive further instructions from us.
In addition to the free shipping of your device to China and the free return, we also offer the possibility to use our repair partner in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or Poland for minor errors. This is much faster and completely free for you during the warranty period.
How long does a warranty or repair case take?
The duration of a repair depends on various factors, including the shipping time to China or the availability of spare parts in Germany with our repair partner.
Repair in Germany: This is possible if the spare parts are quickly available. Once you place a warranty or repair request, send the device to our repair partner and it should be back to you within a week. In the case of a warranty, we will assume the full costs, in the case of a repair order outside the warranty, you will pay less to our repair partner.
Repair in China: Should the fault not be repairable in Germany, the device must be taken to China. Do not worry, we will take shipment to China and back again. In the warranty period the repair is completely free of charge for you, for repairs outside the warranty period, we’ll charge a small fee. Usually, a repair in China takes 3-6 weeks, but don’t worry, you do not have to completely stay without a smartphone. We offer each customer the opportunity to send a loan-unit for the period of repair. This service is also free of charge.
Will I lose the warranty by flashing?
That depends on the update. If it is an official update, you can install it. If you do not know how to do this, you can contact us at any time. However, if you try to install a Custom ROM or root the device (except devices that are already rooted, such as Xiaomi devices), it is possible that the manufacturer denied the warranty, but wasn't the case till now. This must be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Other shops have the device with Multilanguage, why don’t you?
Many other shops use Custom ROMs and can also offer German and other languages on the devices. The problem with such ROMs is that you can no longer update and it can often happen that there are Trojans, Spam Ware or viruses on it. We avoid this by using only the official ROMs, even if that means that we can only offer a device with English / Chinese.
Many customers come to us and ask us if we can flash their devices, where we unfortunately have to reject. The Custom ROMs have been installed by detours and often prevent a normal update or flash.
Does the device have a manual?
Most Chinese manufacturers only provide a Chinese short guide, but even renowned manufacturers such as Motorola or Apple do not have complete instructions nowadays. It is generally assumed that you can explore the system yourself, With MIUI or emotion UI you can easily find your way, because both Android manual are quite self-explanatory.
What are dual SIM smartphones?
Dual SIM means that you can insert two SIM cards into a mobile phone. You can use two SIM cards, also from different providers. Thus, for example, you can combine a low-cost data tariff and a low-cost telephone tariff, or use foreign cards if necessary.

NO, definitely not with us. We pay close attention to the quality of the devices offered by us. With us, each device is checked for errors and installed with the new and current official ROMS. We use the latest official Xiaomi ROMS or Xiaomi.eu ROMS. There are no Trojans, viruses or other malicious software on it.
Many other shops use Custom ROMs and can also offer German and other languages on the devices.
